Every auspicious Hindu wedding date in 2027 with its muhurat window, computed by Panchang Shuddhi for New Delhi: the Moon in one of the 11 wedding nakshatras, free of prohibited yogas and karanas, with the Sun in an open month and outside Chaturmas.
There is no Adhika month in 2027, so the spring season runs unbroken: weddings open in mid-January once the Sun enters Makara, and the busiest months are May and June. Chaturmas from mid-July and the Sun in Simha, Kanya and Tula close August to mid-November; the season reopens after Devuthani Ekadashi until Kharmas begins in mid-December.
98 wedding dates in 2027, computed for New Delhi. The most open months are May and June; August, September, October have none. Times in IST.
Part of the month is closed: Sun in a month closed to weddings (Karka to Tula, Dhanu or Meena) (14 days).

Each date passes Panchang Shuddhi as Muhurta Chintamani sets it out: the Moon in one of the 11 wedding nakshatras (Rohini, Mrigashira, Magha, Uttara Phalguni, Hasta, Swati, Anuradha, Mula, Uttara Ashadha, Uttara Bhadrapada, Revati), with none of the nine prohibited yogas and none of the four prohibited karanas (Vishti or Bhadra, Shakuni, Chatushpada, Naga) running.
Whole seasons are closed first: the Sun must be in Mesha, Vrishabha, Mithuna, Vrischika, Makara or Kumbha; Adhika and Kshaya months and Chaturmas are excluded; so are the days Venus (Shukra) or Jupiter (Guru) is set, plus three days either side.
Windows run from sunrise to the next sunrise in New Delhi and are kept only when they last at least five minutes. Tithi and weekday are shown but not used to exclude a date, the same convention the major published almanacs follow.
This is Panchang Shuddhi only. The final wedding moment also needs Lagna Shuddhi (a suitable rising sign inside the window) and a check against the couple’s charts; most windows are long enough to fit one.
Almanacs differ on borderline days. Cross-checked against a major published panchang for 2026, our list agrees on 58 of its 59 New Delhi dates and adds 5 days where that almanac applies extra day-level checks it does not publish.
Times are for New Delhi. Sunrise and therefore the windows shift with your city, by minutes within India and by a calendar day for some dates abroad.
May and June, because 2027 has no Adhika month to interrupt the summer season. January to April also have dates, with the second half of March and the first half of April closed while the Sun is in Meena.
Two closures overlap: Chaturmas, the four months from Devshayani to Devuthani Ekadashi, and the Sun’s transit of Simha, Kanya and Tula, months in which Muhurta Chintamani does not allow weddings.
It is the first step. These dates pass Panchang Shuddhi; a pandit then chooses a suitable lagna inside the window and checks it against the bride’s and groom’s charts. You can run that check against your own charts with Soma.
The dates are computed for New Delhi. Within India they rarely change, though the window times shift by some minutes with sunrise. Abroad, the local time difference can move a window into a different calendar day.
