The direct answer: Hindu Festival Calendar 2027 with Muhurat — India, UK, US, UAE: Hindu festivals 2027 computed for New Delhi, London, New York, Los Angeles and Dubai in local time: Diwali 29 Oct in India but 28 Oct in the UK, US and UAE, Holi 22 Mar, Raksha Bandhan, Janmashtami, Navratri — with tithi times, puja muhurat, every Ekadashi and an .ics download. AskSoma publishes this at asksoma.ai/panchang/calendar/hindu-2027 as a free Vedic astrology resource using Swiss Ephemeris calculations and classical Jyotish interpretation — not generic sun-sign copy.
Hindu festivals 2027 computed for New Delhi, London, New York, Los Angeles and Dubai in local time: Diwali 29 Oct in India but 28 Oct in the UK, US and UAE, Holi 22 Mar, Raksha Bandhan, Janmashtami, Navratri — with tithi times, puja muhurat, every Ekadashi and an .ics download.
Hindu festival dates for 2027 computed separately for India (IST), the UK (London), the US (New York and Los Angeles) and the UAE (Dubai), with tithi start and end times and the key puja muhurat for each festival, plus every Ekadashi, Purnima, Amavasya and eclipse of the year. Vikram Samvat 2083-2084.
Most festival calendars are printed for New Delhi and reused abroad. Because a tithi is assigned to whichever local day it governs at sunrise (or at the twilight, midday or midnight a festival is decided by), the same festival can fall on a different date in London, New York, Los Angeles or Dubai. Every row below is recomputed for each city with Swiss Ephemeris and the Lahiri ayanamsa, in local time with daylight saving applied, and the method is set out in full so the dates can be checked and cited.
A Hindu festival is fixed by a tithi, not by a clock date. A tithi is each 12° step the Moon gains on the Sun, so it begins and ends at the same instant everywhere on Earth. What changes from place to place is which local day it governs: most festivals are kept on the day whose sunrise falls inside the tithi, and a few are decided at local twilight, midday or midnight instead.
Dubai is 1½ hours behind India, London 4½–5½ hours, New York 9½–10½ and Los Angeles 12½–13½. A tithi that begins in India’s evening began that same morning in America, so the American observance can land a calendar day earlier. A tithi that begins just before an Indian dawn may not yet have begun at London’s sunrise.
In 2027, 14 of the 30 headline festivals below fall on a different date in at least one of the five cities. A calendar printed for India and simply relabelled for London or New York gets those days wrong; this one recomputes every day at each city’s own sunrise and time zone, daylight saving included.
Local civil date of each festival in India (New Delhi), the UK (London), the US East Coast (New York), the US West Coast (Los Angeles) and the UAE (Dubai). Rows marked * differ from India in at least one city.

A calendar file (.ics) for each of the five cities can be downloaded from this page; every festival is an all-day event, so calendar apps keep the local date.
Diwali Lakshmi Puja is kept on the evening when Kartika Amavasya covers the pradosh window just after sunset. In 2027 Amavasya begins at 20:48 IST on 28 October — 16:18 in London, 11:18 in New York and 08:18 in Los Angeles that same day — and ends at 19:06 IST on 29 October. London and the US have Amavasya through their own evening of 28 October, and Dubai for most of its; in India the tithi covers the pradosh of 29 October instead.
Follow your own city. A tithi starts at the same instant worldwide, but the festival day is decided by local sunrise, sunset or midnight, so dates and muhurat times computed for India can be a day off abroad. Use the column for your region, or open your city panchang for exact local values.
No. They are computed independently from Swiss Ephemeris planetary positions with the rules described in the methodology. Before publishing, the India dates were compared with Drik Panchang for New Delhi and the other four cities were spot-checked; they agreed.

The astrology is not written from memory: every chart position, dasha period and panchang timing AskSoma shows is computed with the Swiss Ephemeris on the Lahiri (Chitrapaksha) ayanamsa. How we calculate.
