How do Reward credits work?

Reward credits are AskSoma’s free-tier currency: 20 credits buy one extra Soma chat message or one extra voice minute after your daily free question is used. You earn them without paying — 5/day for your check-in streak (25 bonus every 7th day), 25 for an app-store or Google review, 50 when a friend you invite joins (they get 25), 3 per nightly check-in, and 5–25 for onboarding milestones. Earned credits expire 90 days after you earn them; purchased pack credits never expire.

How many credits does one Soma question cost?

20 credits per chat message, and 20 credits per voice minute beyond the free 5 minutes. A daily streak alone (5 credits/day plus the 25-credit weekly bonus) earns roughly two extra messages a week without spending anything.

Do Reward credits expire?

Earned credits expire 90 days after the day you earn them — the ledger always spends the oldest first. Credits bought in a pack never expire. Before earned credits lapse, AskSoma emails you a reminder if a meaningful amount is at risk.

When does Pro beat earning credits?

If you ask more than a couple of questions a day, the grind stops making sense: a perfect streak earns about 60 credits a week (3 messages), while Pro removes the meter entirely and adds all 22 insight pages and the 18 premium personas. Credits are designed for light, occasional use — Pro is for people actually working through something with Soma.
