You might see Saturn still sitting on the natal tenth in both instants — Saturn does not hop houses over five days — and Jupiter a little closer to a natal planet on Thursday. If both skies are mixed, that is an answer: the deciding facts are the offer letters, not the wheel.
A cousin in Jaipur with a different birth hour has a different natal tenth. The same September sky can sit on their fourth and your tenth. Shared "Saturn is moving through Capricorn" headlines are newspaper math. Personal transit is natal-relative.
